How to Optimize Technology Usage?

I have a concept named OTU is an integrated consultancy service, targeted at common IT users, consisting of advisory and service delivery solutions in the field of Information Technology (Software).

Through an investigative approach, OTU Enhances the usage of software in your organization, by pushing the IT education of your Information workers to “How to do the job better and faster using this software product” rather that “How to use this software product better”.

This approach results in a huge effect on the business performance of your employees.
All organizations train their employees to use software technologies, spending significant sums doing so. Yet generally not having any idea whether they’re getting any
business value from training.
IT user trainings impact is usually measured by conducting surveys or counting completed courses rather than by assessing whether employees learned anything that improved business performance.
This approach was, perhaps, acceptable when companies had money to spare. Now, most don’t. Yet more and more organizations are investing in software, and need highly capable employees, software acquaintance that is relevant to their job role.
